Below you will find a list of common questions that may be relevant to you as an incoming client, a loved one, a friend, or as an employer. If you have a question that is not answered below, please feel free to contact us anytime.

Will my insurance cover my treatment cost?

Retreat at Sky Ridge is a private pay facility with an option to seek reimbursement from insurance providers. We are Out of Network with all insurance companies, and reimbursement depends on whether your policy has Out of Network benefits. We will file as a courtesy and do everything we can to get coverage if your plan allows it. More information can be found here. I am an incoming client. What should I bring?

Before you come, be sure to take a look at our list of What To Bring. Some of these items are optional but this checklist will act as a good guide as you prepare to join us at Retreat at Sky Ridge. All items will be checked during intake and must be approved by staff.

Can I bring and park my vehicle for the duration of my stay?

Yes. Ample parking is available for all guests. If you have an oversized vehicle or a vehicle that requires special attention, please just let the admission team know.

When can I come and visit my loved one, friend, coworker or employee at the facility?

Visitation is available on Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. CST and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. CST. Other times may be made available depending on the situation.

Can I bring and use my personal electronics?

We allow cell phones, laptops, tablets, etc. to be brought in and used on a daily basis. Fast WIFI is available throughout the facility.

How will I communicate with the outside world?

You will have access to your personal electronics including cell phones and laptops. Secure, fast WIFI is available throughout the property. The rest is up to you.

What about my medications?

Please bring all medications that you are currently prescribed. Medications will be reviewed and approved by our medical team. A local pharmacy will fill and refill all medications. You will need to bring your insurance card to send to the pharmacy.

Are laundry services available?

Yes, washers and dryers are available on the property for all clients. Be sure to bring any detergents if you have a preference.

As a client, can I receive letters and packages?

Yes. Letters and packages should be sent to:

I need to stay in contact with co-workers, vendors, or clients while in treatment. How will that work?

Clients can use the tools available on their personal electronic devices. Quiet workspaces are available throughout the facility.
